Dear Andy,

Nancy and I would like to take this opportunity to tell how pleased we are with the landscaping of our new home. From the very beginning of the project, we have been treated with the utmost respect and care by a very professional staff. You should be extremely proud of the people that work at Mill Bros.

When we started the design of the project, I was impressed with the care that Sandy showed us in trying to get the best design layout possible. We had an idea of what we wanted, but no idea how to really make it work. Sandy worked with us to help us decide on plantings, locations of planting beds and trees, and color variations to create a fabulous finished product. Sandy often took time on Saturdays or Sundays to come to Denver to tour the property or to meet with us to make it easier on my schedule. I was very grateful of this, and also impressed with her unselfishness with her time. Sandy was great all the way through the project, from selecting the specific plants through the design of the lighting. What a pleasure to work with.

I never realized how extensive this project really was until I watched Greg and his crew and Chad and his crew work through many sweltering days. They both were always very courteous and seemed to be a step ahead of the project all the time. During the installation, Alan was the one we talked with the most. Whenever we had a concern about a plant, the drainage, the stone wall, the walks, etc, he was quick to address it, and keep the project rolling along. I also know that a number of times he came down here on a day off to help us, or to check on the progress of the grass or the trees, or just to make sure it was all in order. He also was a pleasure to work with.

I realize that there were many others that helped on this project that we didn't get a chance to meet. Please extend our sincere thanks to each of them. Through the entire project, I always felt that any concerns we had would get taken care of, and that every person cared that a great job was done. I know that this isn't the case with many firms, and I cringe to think of what could have happened had we used some other firm.

For all of this, we thank you. You should be very proud of the professional group of people that you have assembled. We will not hesitate to use your firm again and again in the future.
